If you are unhappy with a physical product or it hasn’t arrived, please contact consult@schoolofscent.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. During instances where you would like to return a product, we ask that you recycle or donate the item to a local charity instead. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
